A premium cozy puzzle game where you run a charming lost-and-found umbrella desk. Read the clues, match the umbrella, return it to the right owner.
BTWZZ is a logic puzzle game dressed up as a small city bureau. When it rains, umbrellas get left on racks, in bakeries, at library windows, garden tents, and harbor docks. Owners fill out claim tickets describing what they remember. You sit at the desk, compare those notes against the umbrellas in front of you, and stamp each correct return.
There is no timer pressure in the traditional sense—instead, each case gives you a move target. Take too many steps or lean on hints, and you still finish the puzzle, but you might earn fewer stars. The satisfaction comes from reading carefully and getting a perfect return on the first verification.

BTWZZ is entertainment software. It is not a real lost-and-found service, property recovery desk, insurance tool, or customer support channel. Every umbrella, ticket, owner label, and bureau stamp exists inside the game.
The app does not require an account, payment, internet connection, or personal information to play. Progress is stored locally on your device.
