This policy describes how BTWZZ handles information when you use the app.
Overview
BTWZZ is designed to be played without creating an account. The game works offline and does not require personal information for core gameplay.
We built the bureau desk experience around local play: you open a case, read the tickets, match umbrellas, and your progress stays on the device you are holding. There is no sign-in screen and no profile to fill out before you start Case 1.
Information stored on your device
The app stores gameplay progress locally on your device. This may include:
Completed cases and highest unlocked case number
Stars earned per case and perfect return counts
Daily case records keyed to calendar dates
Unlocked umbrella styles in your collection
Achievement tag progress
Owner story unlock status
Hints used, auto-completes watched, and total verifications
Basic gameplay state such as onboarding completion
This data is used only to restore your bureau record when you reopen the app. It is not transmitted to our servers because this version of the app does not operate backend account or sync services.
Information we do not ask for
The app does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, home address, payment information, contacts, location, photos, camera, microphone, health data, or real-world lost item information.
BTWZZ is a fictional puzzle game. Claim tickets, owner labels, and umbrella descriptions inside the app are game content—not forms for reporting actual lost property.
Internet and online features
This version does not require internet access for core gameplay. It does not include:
Online accounts or login systems
Cloud save synchronization
Multiplayer or social features
Online leaderboards
Advertising networks
Third-party analytics SDKs
Your device may use network connectivity for standard App Store functions such as downloading updates, but playing cases themselves does not depend on being online.
Purchases and advertising
This version does not include in-app purchases, subscriptions, paid unlocks, ads, or third-party advertising networks. All cases and features included in the app are available through normal gameplay without additional payment inside the app.
Local data and deleting the app
Because progress is stored locally, deleting the app or resetting local data on your device may remove saved progress. Reinstalling the app starts a fresh bureau record unless your device restores app data from a system backup that includes the app's local storage.
If you want to clear progress without deleting the entire app, removing and reinstalling BTWZZ is the practical way to reset your case map and statistics in this version.
Children's privacy
The app is a casual puzzle game and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Since no account is required and no personal details are requested, children can play using the same local-only storage described above.
Parents and guardians who manage App Store purchases and device settings remain responsible for supervising app use on shared family devices.
