BTWZZ is a casual puzzle game created for entertainment. By using the app, you agree to use it as a light game experience.
These terms govern your use of the software and describe what the app provides—and what it deliberately does not provide. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Cases, stars, achievements, umbrella styles, owner stories, daily records, and collection items are virtual in-game progress only. They exist to track your puzzle performance and unlocks inside BTWZZ.
Virtual progress has no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged outside the app.
The app does not provide real-world rewards, money, prizes, betting, gambling, sweepstakes, lottery features, or prize redemption.
Stars, achievement tags, and collection unlocks are scoring and cosmetic elements within the game. Earning three stars on a case does not entitle you to any physical or monetary benefit.
The app is not a real lost-and-found service, property recovery service, identity verification service, insurance service, or customer support desk.
Do not use BTWZZ to report, track, or recover actual lost items. The claim tickets and owner notes you see during gameplay are fictional puzzle content.
This version does not require account registration, payment details, subscriptions, or in-app purchases. Access to the case map and included features is provided through the app as purchased or downloaded from the App Store, subject to Apple's terms.
Progress is saved locally on your device. If you delete the app or clear local data, your progress may be lost. We are not responsible for progress lost due to device failure, uninstallation, operating system resets, or backup/restore issues outside our control.

You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to modify it unfairly, reverse engineer it, or use it for unlawful purposes. This includes attempting to bypass case locks, tamper with saved progress in unauthorized ways, or redistribute the app outside normal App Store channels.
The developer may update levels, visuals, game rules, text, or features in future versions to improve the experience. Updates may add cases, adjust difficulty, refine the user interface, or fix bugs.
Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated software. Material changes to these terms will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
The app is provided as a casual entertainment product on an "as is" basis. Some features may change, be improved, or be removed in future updates. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the app on all devices or iOS versions indefinitely.
